Dual-tilt array atop a historic house. This type of array maximizes space & solar production. It also lowers the required ballast and penetrations to the roof. I chose this type of mounting solution because the panels were perfectly hidden from the street. We designed the custom bent metal at the Left side of the Array to hide the top 2" of the ballast block that were visible from the street.
3 of 6 Arrays on a Coach house.(the 3rd Array is on the back on the house and just barely visible). All 3 are wired together and brought down into the garage to a 3rd Inverter that is controlled by the Master Inverter in the house.
The juxtaposition of the old coal fired boiler chimneys in the background and Second City Solar PV system in the foreground is a favorite. New City Movers installed solar to backup the sales team operations, as one outage can cost them an entire month of sales.
